PRICES INCLUDE:
BEDDING, TOWELS, CONSUMPTION OF ELECTRICITY AND HEATING IN THE TIME OF HEATING SEASON.
PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE:
Tourist tax: Adults: 1,01 € per registered guest per day
Children 6-18 years: 0,51 € per registered guest per day
Cleaning costs: 25,00 €
Heating in the time of heating season (19.12.14–24.04.15 and 26.09.15-17.12.15) – per day: 5,00 €
Child’s bed: 5,00 € per day
Pets: 5,00 € per day
Extra charge for 1 night: 30% on prices within price list
Extra charge for 2 nights: 15% on prices within price list
- A deposit of 100,00 € per apartment is charged at the time of hiring. If, upon departure, no damage has been done to the apartment, this deposit is returned in full.
